Ordered new Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable but the contract starts 1 month earlier

Hi,

I made an order for Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable last night (27th July) and wanted it to start from August 1, but the start date for the contract is from 1 July. This is quite unfair considering it is already 27th and the router will take a week or so to arrive and set up.

How can I change the date on the contract to August 1?

Hi jason2990,

don't worry.

If you ordered the contract yesterday, it will not start on July 1st. The cable contract begins at the earliest on the day of installation.
