Sorry, this is issue because I don't speak German well. My contract was done in person locally and the shop is now very closed due to the pandemic. And my printed contract clearly doesn't have my kundennummer so now I can't get any help for my 4 days running no Wi-Fi with kabel de.
None of the operators I could get ahold of could help me, they keep asking for my customer number and I can't explain well because I don't speak German and they don't speak English. Someone please tell me my customer number so I can go to the next step of getting my wifi back. My router to server speed is excellent. But my server to router speed is awful. I can't even get a webpage to load and I'm quickly running out of data on my phone.
