Moving in the sublet short-term apartment with internet

Dear Madam or Sir,

I currently have the Unitymedia contract and already canceled it with the end date of 16.08.2021. And I will move to a sublet short-term apartment, where the Vodafone internet is already provided. (We do not share the apartment)

Since I will have two contracts in that apartment and I will be the only one using the internet, I would like to know if it is possible to cancel my contract prematurely so that I do not have to pay twice?  

But since the owner of the Vodafone contract (the sublessor) also canceled her contract with the end date in September 2021, she would like to make sure that her end date will not be affected if I use her contract for my premature cancellation. In other words, she wants to know that using her contract for my premature cancellation will not make her contract becomes an unlimited contract again. (She wants her contract to end in September 2021, nothing later)

Please advise me what should I do in this case and let me know if anything is needed or something is unclear!

Should the landlady's contract then be signed over to you?

Hi Luisa,

My move in date will be 31.01.2021.

And no, since it is a temporary contract that only available until 02.04.2021 so far, I will not sign the contract with the landlord (who owns the house) but the sublessor (who sign the contract with landlord). I will only have the contract with the sublessor. I can provide that if it is needed.
