Hi,
I have a contract with Kabel Deutchland, kundennummer xxx, Vertragsnummer xxx.
I cannot login or register on vodafone website, it says the kundennummer does not exist.
Can you check so that I can login to my contract details?
I will be leaving germany in June, will do the abmeldung in a few weeks. How can I cancel the contract then? Should I just send the router with the return label I have from kabel deutschland? Is that still valid?
I also think its INSANE, that I ask this question to the customer support email, and the automatic response says to open a thread on this forum?!?
I had to register as a NON customer, in order to write here, because it doesn't let me register with my contract details!
I've been a paying customer for 5 years, I get every month an email from you, about my invoice, that I cannot access because both my email and my kundennummer are unknown to the system. Except, you are sending me an email with an invoice, the text of which CONTAINS the kundennummer....

Have you already registered in the customer portal with the activation code?
