Hi,
I'm currently holding a contract for internet in my apartment. I plan to move in March, but my new apartment is right next to my door and the address is absolutely same. In this case, should I also need to call a technician? Or else will it work if I just plug the router in the new room?

just try if it works with plug & play. If not, we can still hire a technician.

I just moved to my new apartment, and tried to plug the router in.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Can you hire a technician for me?
I am available in this week (until Saturday March 30th).
If this week is impossible, then I am only available from Saturday April 6th.
I can adjust time, please let me know when the technician is able to come.
(Of course, the earlier, the better 😉 )

Hello Yong,
your new threads were archived because you already have this one. I can check your access and send a technician if necessary if you send me your customer number, address, your date of birth and the MAC address of the modem. Use the private message function for that and leave a short reply here afterwards.

I've just sent you a private message containing those information.
Currently, I am connecting the router in my new apartment.
Green lights are on for "power button" shaped icon and wifi shaped one (top and bottom icons),
but not for internet (@) and phone shape icons.
I will wait your reply.

according to the information in the system a self installation should be possible. But as it doesn't seem to work, your move must be entered in the system so we can send a technician to finish the installation. For that there's a one-time fee which is 39.99€. Shall we arrange everything?

okay, so we made the installation task and you will be receive a call from the technician to make an appointment. He presumably will need to access the house installation in the basement.
