Dear sir madame

 

I recieved a new homebox including a great abonnement (I hope). I try to connect it, for some days now.

Its a new homebox in my new appartement.

Please help, I tried already a lot.

Can we make an appointement that a technician can come?

I need to work from home and its nessecary that I have internet. Im a healthcare worker, a psychologist with suicideprevention specialisme to help safe peoples live. Especially in ties of Corona there is a lot of work to help people. My boss needs me, and of course the people need me.

Now I dont have internet I cant to the job.

 

- I have wifi- connection with the router, but there is no internet-connection  (red light  goed on and off)

 

- I watched all the instruction videos online

- I make a profile and registration

- I try to connect with laptop

- I try to reconnect

- I try to reset

- I waited for more the 24hours

- I had telephone contact already lot of times (see all the numbers below)

- I tried all the cable numbers possible: no connection, no call-tone and phone does not even ring. The message is that the number is not working.

- I try te email: kable-impressum, vodafone-shop, vodafone.leer1

- I call every day, almost every moment and hour of the day, different cable-numbers. I can not find any technician.

 

- Last options: email to vs.shopservice,  find people in LinkedIn (CEO, Directors, Public Affairs, Geschaftsfuhrers, Head of sales and CTO) and  try to be in contact with social media.

 

Do you have any other possible options and can you give me advice what I can do?
