Kabel contract termination

Hello, 

I have a contract termination order and i received an email that says that there is an offer for me if i cancel my termination and to hear what it is, i have to call a vodafone hotline. but my german is not good at all so i was thinking if there is a way that an english speaking representitive can call me? or if i can call and english speaking hotline to discuss it?

Hi khizar,

the offers are only available by telephone. You can simply call them and if necessary there are also colleagues who speak English.
