I had bought a Vodafone Kabel connection in October 2017. After the signing, I was told that Kabel connection is not possible at my house in Hamburg, Germany.

The contract was then cancelled, yet Vodafone has been charging my account for more than 1 year for this contract. In fact, I only received the official Kundigung 2 months ago without receiving ANY services of a Kabel connection.
The transactions are still continuing. After numerous visits and complaints at the Vodafone store I am making an appeal here as I need the transactions to stop and to receive my refund.
