Hello!

I tried to call Vodafone, but my German is too limited, I had such a difficulty. Therefore I am here.

My Kabel contract ends on 28.09.2020. However, I have to go back to my country at end of June. In this case, do I have to pay the bills (for three months) til the end of September, which is the end of the contract? 

In addition, I pay  billsby SEPA-Latschrift. Yet, when I leave Germany to my country, which is Asia, I will close my bank account. 

Could you please tell me what I should do before leaving my country in order not to leave any problems with Vodafone?

Hi ino,

yes, you also have to pay for the fees for 3 months if you move abroad. This is defined in the telecommunication law. I can only give you the tip to transfer the fees in advance. You will find the bank details on every invoice, as a reason for payment you take your customer number. Do you have any further questions?
