It is now 30/04 and I still don't have the money back on my account. I demand this to be looked over and I want my money back today. This is simply outrageous at this point.

as I wrote in the other thread, the refund takes 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately we can't speed up anything about that.

as Nancy has informed you, there will be a credit note to cover the 1 cent. Just be patient, because it required a new invoice.
While I can understand the trouble, I don't understand your way of communicating with us here. We will do everything we can to help you. But we are also bound by processes we cannot accelerate.
