Hi Anett,
I had contacts with BLT-Sonnek GmbH since ever and scheduled 4 appointments with them so far. My number at the moment is not a German one, but never had any problem to contact the last mentioned company for technical support. This is not a proper excuse because I've always been reachable from your side. After 4 appointments, I can't take the risk to ask for another day off and no fixing the issue again. I've already sent a letter from my side, do you need another one from my landlord? I need the cancellation asap because the other provider can't start installing internet without it. And can you confirm me I don't need to pay those 84 euro extra and no extra fees for this cancellation?
