Internet Cable 400Mps - Incorrect first invoice

I sign up for Internet Cable 400Mps with online Advantage 100 euro and not commitment fee (worth 49.99). However, on my first invoice I got charged 67 euros. Calling on a phone number is useless to me since there is no options in English. Can you help please ?
