I want to deactive newly enabled option " Mobile & International-Allnet-Flat"

I have recently enabled Mobile & International-Allnet-Flat for my account by mistake and immediately notified the vodafone team to cancel this option. I have send many emails to customer service, they are not responding to email with needed solution and given option to reach to the forum. In the contract its cleary mention that this option can be disabled with in 14 days without any reason however  vodafone customer service is not allowing me to do this option which contradictory for my contract. Hence someone knows how to deactivate this option without loosing the GigaKombi benifits, please let me know. Thank you.
