Hello dear Community,
I've recently started a Cable contract, but unfortunately the details on my SEPA-mandat is wrong (both on the site and in the document I received). There is no edit button on the site next to my bank details. I also tried to update them by sending a registered letter with the following form filled in: https://kabel.vodafone.de/static/media/Formular_Einzugsermaechtigung.pdf
According to Deutsche Post tracking the letter was delivered back on the 14th of January. But the bank details is still wrong on the site and I still cannot edit them there.
Can you please help me? Thanks!

Though no one answered, the 'Edit' bank details button has just appeared in my account.
