How to transfer DSL connection

Sorry for speaking in English as my German is poor. Recently I have moved from my old address to a new address. I want to change my Vodafone Cable Connection to the new address, Is it possible? How can I change the address? Please support!!

thank you for your pm with your data.

Unfortunately we can't provide your new address with internet via cable. So your cable contract is cancelled.

But I can see that you already will get a new internet contract via DSL at your new address.

I wish you all the best for your new home and have fun with your new internet connection as soon as it is switched on.
