How to get a call back in English

Hello,

I am waiting for the feedback from the visit of your technician. He said that the signal was too low in my home and that someone from Vodafone will call me back but I got no feedbackso far.

I called the Hotline but no one was speaking English. How could I get some help in English in order to know the status of my internet set up.
