How to activate DSL internet

Hi guys,

I am new to Germany, recently I applied for Vodafone DSL internet connection.

After registration I received the modem and connected it according to the instructions. But the internet is not working.

After sometime I found that I need to provide activation code to make internet working. My question is:

Where can I find the activation code? 

I received the modem box and searched all the paper and leaflets but, I didn't find the activation code.

Kindly help.

welcome to the Vodafone community.

If you already received your new router, you also should have received our welcome letter. In this letter we'll tell you, when the technician arrives to activate your line and your modem installation code (MIC). Have you had a look into your email inbox? Maybe checked the spam folder?

Without the activation by the technician and then insert the code your internet will not work.
