Homespot&Hotspot Connection Logging Problem

Hi,

As a subscriber to the homespot service, I must have up to three hotspot logins but I can use only 1 device. I have already updated my passwords, everything's fine and accepted by the system but when I enter the user name and password, the system says:

“Dear Vodafone Kabel Deutschland customer,

to be able to use a "Homespot", you have to be a member of the "Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Homespot-Service" program.

To find out about how to become a member of the "Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Homespot-Service" program, please click here.”

 

If I am not a member of the service ,how could I create a new user names and passwords and one of my device connect w/o problem???

I really need the hotspot connection because my kabel is not working due to broken in-hause installation. The administrator of the building doesnt give permission for the new installation as the new line has to pass from the public areas of the building therefore my landlord sent an email to Vodafone to change my contract to dsl but we have been waiting for a new offer from Vodafone for 2 weeks but no any news so far. Corona time, home office, no internet.. Any help would be appreciated...My kunden no : *********

I'd be happy to take a look at the connection 🙂 Do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

 

Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

 

To the topic Homespot: theoretically you don't have to create accounts anymore, it's not possible. you have a customer portal login which is used for that. were the other devices ever connected to it? it is possible that they are on the blacklist and therefore can't connect again
