Hello Moderator,
I want to know how to reactivate my contract with the technician with vodafone cable internet. My apologies for the english post, as I do not speak german.
To set the context, I applied for a new vodafone cable internet connection early June. I received the vodafone cable modem and the activation code . I was able to activate the contract. The technician told me that he would have recourse to my country lord. I got all the permisions necessary to get the internet connection.
During July, I was not able to get another appointment with the technician, as the customer excutives I am supposed to call a different number everytime. It just went on the whole month.
Almost farward to August, I reached out to the executives today and I was told to activate the contract. I am not sure what they mean, that my contract is active since June (However, I do not have access to the internet)
To the moderator, would you be able to answer the following questions :
1. Is my contract active or inactive?
2. If it is inactive, how can I contact it with the technician?
3. If my contact is active, can you help me schedule an appointment with the technician to get access to the internet? (I do not have access to the Internet at my home since 2 months even after receiving the modem and activation code)
4. If you can not help me with the above, atleast guide on how to cancel the current contract!

to answer your questions I will need your customer data. Please send me the full address along with the customer number and the date of birth of the contract owner. Use the private message function for that and answer again in this thread.
