Gerät seit gestern installiert DOCSIS offline und Internet rot blink

Hello Vodafone Team 

I've recently contracted Internet with Vodafon and installed router yesterday

But Internet still doesn't work and flashes red light on the router... 

I've tried to check with IP address and it says DOCSIS offline.

Please kindly check this problem asap, as it is pretty urgent for me...

If the device doesn't come online on its own, a technician has to get out.

Please send me a PM with your customer data (name, address, customer number and date of birth).
