So an internet/phone contract cannot be transferred over to a different person? I found a form to do that, unless this for is for something else? see attached

Hello Michael,

the form you found is not for a contract transfer. It's just a form for a power of attorney. This is something else. Takeovers don't exist in the cable industry.

It would be nice if you could create your own contribution for your own requests and not capture others.
