Dear sirs,
I am writing on behalf of Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH.
We have tried to solve this issue via telephone, via e-mail, via internet form, but nothing has worked so far.
Since February 2019, we have called your helpdesk on several occasions in order to receive a refund due to the double payment of an invoice.
Your helpdesk made us on multiple occasions that Vodafone would have refunded the total amount that we have paid in double.
In the end, Vodafone has just refunded the account.
We would like to contact ASAP and solve this situation.
