[ENGLISH] Low internet speed on cable

Hello Vodafone team,

I have "Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable" and expected something similar to 200Mb/s download and 50Mb/s upload as I see in the description of my tariff. I check my speed on the Vodafone page and have 40-60Mb/s download and ~10Mb/s upload. Not so good.
I tried all tips from recommendations on the speed test page but it doesn't work for me.
What could I do to have normal internet speed?

do you measure via LAN directly at the router or via WLAN? Is the speed permanently as slow or only at certain times of the day?

Hi Moni,

I measured it by LAN with closed any other applications. Also, it's pretty similar at any time of the day.

there is a high utilisation in the evening and on weekends. You wrote that the speed is slow all the time, could you specifially test late at night or early in the morning to eliminate the utilisation as a cause?
