Hello!
I signed up for Vodafone, and paid. It's been a week, and I just got to say thank you for your order. I'm crazy, I need internet for my job. Can someone please help me resolve this ASAP.
Note: I think it would be nice from service. Just take it to an English speaker or two at the call center. I can not speak on a phone. I do not have a German speaker around.

Please tell me what you ordered, cable, DSL or mobile?
Have you already received the access data or activation code for your customer portal and registered there? You will find your order confirmation under Documents. If you haven't received this yet, please send me your name, address and date of birth by private message and then contact me again here in the article.
