Hello,
I have Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable (contract start: Dec 2019) and would like to downgrade to Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable. Please let me know how to do it. I can send my customer number via private message. Thank you.

we already have the data, so I was able to check it right away. Do you mean Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable? The 250 tariff is not included in the exchange tariffs with you. Please check your order confirmation again.
