Dear,
I got a new Vodafone internet contract last November. Even after sending the anbieterwechseln formular twice, my old contract with o2 has not been cancelled and I am still receiving bills from them. Kindly request your help!

You will receive invoices from o2 until your contractual term with them is over.
If you sent the provider change form to Vodafone AND are eglible to free months (e.g. form sent back in time), Vodafone won't bill you until the o2 contract is over but the longest for 12 months (as far as I remember).

you will receive an e-mail shortly with the request to confirm the e-mail address. Please do this and then get in contact with us in this thread.
Only you can find out why O2 has declined. We do not receive any information about this. We only receive the acceptance or the rejection.
