Delivery of Router and SIM Card

Though I contracted more than one week ago, Router and Sim Card have not delivered yet.

Could you please check the delivery status? I am worrying there is something wrong. Service man said it takes normally three days for the delivery.

We are all customers here as you want to become one. Nobody, not even the service staff, has access to your customer account here.

The delivery time for the hardware is usually 1 week, but now there were also public holidays in between, so this can be delayed.

If a technician is needed for the installation, you will only receive the SIM card, then the subcontractor will contact you to arrange an appointment.
