Hi,
I contact you because I left German the 23.07.2018 and I did send the contract termination letter, send back my internet modem (hardware) and I sent the Abmeldung. Yet you kept taking money from my bank account.
I want you to know that I’ve closed my German bank account so you won’t be able to take money from it anymore.
I expect that you refund me all the money taken since August 2018.
I send all the necessary documents in the kontakt form previously.

In your notice of 5th of July 2018 you did not inform us that you were moving. the contract was cancelled to the end of the contract period. In the confirmation of cancellation we confirmed 31th of July 2019. In February 2019 you informed us that you had moved. The cancellation date was adjusted to 19th of May 2019.

Did you guys read a word of my message? I told you that I've left Germany, which gives me the right to an immediate termination of the contract for the 01.08.2018.

Hello Alexandre,
for cancelling a contract because of a move in a foreign country, we need a proof of that. This can be for e.g. the de-registration form for your current German address. Did you send us that with your cancellation?
Even if you leave Germany the contract won’t end with the date of your move. Due to German law the contract will end three months after the leaving date. An exception to this period applies to embassy and military personnel stationed here. For this we also need the corresponding proofs.
You should also have received a cancellation confirmation. which date was confirmed to you?
