Hi there,

 

A bit of a long winded one, so I am sorry.

 

We have had 2 separate contracts for Cable and internet for about 6 years when we lived in Bremen.


We now live in Berlin and we sent back the smartcard as per requested in February 2018. We never recived a new card, so we have paid for 4 months of cable that was impossible to watch.

 

The 2 separate contacts were both made with Kabel Deutschland and these total over 60 Euros p/m.


I have spent about 4 hours in the last 2 days going from one department to another (7 different telephone numbers so far) to no avail. Nobody seems to be able to fix the issue of combining the contracts (we also have an iPad contract) and maybe doing something about the missing smartcard and us paying 128 Euros for nothing.

We also returned the old smart card in the allotted time period, but we seem to have an anomalous charge of over 90 Euros that went out in March.

 

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this and what would be the correct telephone number to call?
