Hi Tina,
Thank you for the reply. As previously mentioned the delay was caused by me not being present in Germany in the moment. Also i haven't deregistered from Germany. I am in Nepal since February and I am not sure when I will return back to Germany because of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. I hope you understand this and the company doesn't punish its customers for a global pandemic.
