Hi,
I have cancelled my contract in May and it was supposed to stop in July (I got the confirmation) but I keep gettig charged. This was OK because my landlord allowed me to stay in the flat un end of September as I told your colleagues. But now I should not be on the contract.

The new renter says he is OK to transfer the contract to his name and bank account.
Is it possible or does he have to sign a new contract?
If it is not possible, can you please check why my contract is not terminated yet?

Hi vlopez,
i had already answered you in a private message. The contract still exists and the cancellation is stopped at the regular end of term.

Hi vlopez,
the contract cannot be accepted. The new tenant must conclude his own contract.
Did you submit proof of relocation with your notice of termination?

I have not relocated but I am not the renter of that flat anymore.
I have the contract closing paperwork tough; would that work?

Hi vlopez,
if you have not moved, you cannot cancel the contract prematurely. This is only possible at the end of the contract period. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

I just received a letter stating that I am not registered as customer anymore..
This is quite confusing because I am still paying annd still having access.
It is true that I cancelled half a year ago using Aboalarm but it never took effect and you told me a few weeks ago that the contract was still alive.
Anyway, Could you please let me know if the contract is still running, and if not what do I have to do (eg. returning the router, or other)?
