Hello! I asked for the cancellation of my contract with Vodafone in Nov/18, as I moved to Spain. I sent all the proof that I'm actually moving out of Germany and I was asked to use this forum to solve the problem. In the mean time the new tenant of the apartment called Vodafone and you said that you were canceling my contract replacingfor his. That did not happened as I keep receiving the monthly invoices to pay for the service I no longer use.
Please, I need instructions on how to cancel my contract.

Did you receive a confirmation for your premature cancellation? If so, it should have also stated that according to German Telecommunications Laws and Regulations you will be charged with the regular monthly fee for the three months following the contract termination.
