Dear Vodafone Team,
I got an answer per e-mail I have to post a note on this public forum on my move out of Germany, thus have to cancel my Internet/TV contract.
As things went quickly, I have already left, but the new tennants are able to help with returning goods.
Would like to know what you need from me in order to cancel properly.

Hi Ken,
in order for us to terminate the contract, we need your customer number, name, date of birth, address and date of move. The contract will then be terminated with a period of 3 months.
Send me the data in a private message and reply afterwards again here in the post.

Hi Tina,
Thanks. Let me know how you want to settle this as my German bank account will get closed this month.
I will let the new tenants know they will have internet until Feb, 20 and can then choose their own provider.

Hello Ken,
thank you for your message. I'll take over for a moment. To send us your new bank details with the mandate, simply enter "Sepa" in our contact form and select "I want to pay by SEPA direct debit / upload SEPA form". Then enter your customer data with the address where the connection is connected. Please let me know if it worked.
