Hello, I have recently moved out of Germany and need to terminate my Vodafone cable internet contract. I have called and reached out to multiple people, however, had no luck in reaching a solution. I have my Notice of Termination letter, de-registration from Germany, and my past employer's arbeitgeberbescheinigung form. I also need assistance from an English speaking representative. I just need to know who to send my documents in order to move forward with the termination process. Thank you!
