Hi,
First of all sorry for writing in English. I used Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable. I was studying in Germany and completing the degree I decided to leave Germany and go back to my country. I am adviced to provide the enrollment certificate from City Hall as a proof. So before leaving the Germany I email you via the contact form in the website along with the e xmatrikulationsbescheinigung. Tiday I got an email from the customer service. I therefore send the router to the corresponding address which was provided. Can anyone help me and tell me the issue?

The "Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung" from your high school is not enough!
You'll need to provide the (official) deregistration letter ("Abmeldebescheinigung") that you got from the city hall!

I would like to know how can I pay the fee for coming 3 motns? will it be deducted automatically from my bank account or will Vodafone send me a bill?
