"I made my contract over the telephone. The lady who did the contract for me asked if I am interested in he Sicherheitspaket and I very clearly told her I am not interested. Despite that I have just received an Email from you saying my security package is ready for download and will be free in the first two months. This is a mistake on your part so please correct it as I don't want to have the two free months and don't want to have to remember to cancel it after they are over. Please confirm that this has been corrected, is not made part of my contract, and I will not start to get charged for it from the third month.
