Changing Address

Sorry for English. I am moving to Baden-Baden from Neumunster. Currently holding contract of cable internet. Now I want to change my address, i am not sure that my new home has support of Kable internet. 

In that case it is possible to change from cable to DSL. If yes, let me know how. Thanks
