Change of Tariff without request and poor internet speed

Hello,

I booked a 50 MBPS connection which was somehow upgraded to 250 MBPS without my knowledge. They charged me 33 Euros and I saw that a lot of people in the community are complaining the same.

I would like to know how can I go back to my 50MBPS connection and right now my speed is 3 MBPS which is another issue I am having. Where can I complain for my speed capabilities without creating a CONFUSION with the Vodafone staff.

The problem with all of this is that I never asked for a speed increase. Initially, I asked for FIXING my speed to which they increased it to 250 MBPS. Then I asked them to downgrade it to 50 again to which they INCREASED to 1000 MBPS.

It is so sad and disappointing to see that company such as Vodafone will have such poor customer care representatives who, despite being asked to downgrade connections simply increase the speed. I was highly recommended Vodafone by the person who was living before me and I ended up recommending Vodafone to 2 other friends of mine. I would never recommend Vodafone to anyone now.

Hi Rafay,

I have now consulted with the complaint management.

My colleagues have discovered a document from April in which you mention the unwanted tariff change. On the basis of this letter, colleagues have restored the original 50 tariff. The fees incurred for the higher tariffs will automatically be reimbursed with the next bill.

In short, you now have the original ordered contract with the original term again. I hope that this helps you. Of course you will still receive the confirmation to revoke the tariff changes. Do you have any further questions?

Best regards

Lars
