First of all, the 25 Mbit/s rate is no longer available, but Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable for 29,99 Euro/month. But I'll look at your contract first.

Hi Jigsjp,

we changed your tariff to 32 MBit/s. This change will take effect on 20.07.2018, when the first year of the contract is expires.
