Change in tariff

I want to change my tariff plan, currently i am paying more which costs me around 44 euro. if you have any plan around 25 i would like to switch to that, please help me to change my plan. 

 

EDIT: Moved the thread from "Internet, Telefon & TV über DSL" to "Internet, Telefon & TV über Kabel" as it is related to a cable tariff.

what is the name of your current tariff and when did the contract start?

 

You can change it online in MeinVodafone. You will see all available options there.

It depends on your actual contract.

If the contract contains no downgrade option, you're bound to this contract until the minimum contractual term (usually 2 years) is over. Only after this term has expired, a downgrade to a slower line would be possible.

 

If the contract contains a downgrade option (usually after one year), you may call the hotline and ask for that downgrade.

 

I'm not exactly sure about the current plans, but I think the maximum speed available for that 25 € might be anything around the 16 MBit/s ADSL plans -with even lower speeds depending on the line quality. But not exactly sure, could be even that these plans are for 30 € per month.

Thanks :). I visited the nearest Vodafone showroom to change the plan, they said this plan has taken in online, hence customer support team can do this change. what shall i do now?

Current plan is 

Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable

but i am unable to downgrade to the tariff, all the plans are higher than 44 euro.

How do i downgrade to 25 or 30 euro plan ?

 

If your contract does NOT include a downgrade option AND your minimum contractual term (usually 2 years from the day you started the contract) is not over, there is NO WAY to downgrade.

 

Only SOME contracts include a downgrade option which allows to downgrade after 12 months - if your contract does NOT include this option, you may not change to a lower tariff and are bound to your contract at least until the minimum contractual term is over.

I had an option to change the plan after 12 months, but i missed that. Is it possible for me to downgrade the plan now ?
