I am a cable customer currently using 400 the Red Internet & Phone Red Internet & Phone 50. I tried doing it through the MyVodafone portal, but it what not possible. Then, I called the customer service at 0800 5102300, but for two times I was hung up before I could talk to anyone and / or I could request the change in the fare I am in. How should I proceed now? i understand that correctly, you want to downgrade the contract to Internet & Phone 50. Let's take a look. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
Then reply again here in the post.

the downgrade is possible at the end of the 1st year. In your case this would be 11.04.2019. Should we note this on the date.
