Change cable contract to a lower fare

I am a cable customer currently using 400 the Red Internet & Phone Red Internet & Phone 50. I tried doing it through the MyVodafone portal, but it what  not possible. Then, I called the customer service at 0800 5102300, but for two times I was hung up before I could talk to anyone and / or I could request the change in the fare I am in.  How should I proceed now? Many thanks!

Hi kabelKunde4,

 

i understand that correctly, you want to downgrade the contract to Internet & Phone 50. Let's take a look. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.

Hi kabelKunde4,

 

the downgrade is possible at the end of the 1st year. In your case this would be 11.04.2019. Should we note this on the date.
