Hi,
My apologies, I do not speak German, I hope someone can still help me out.
I am relocationg, and I have used the online `Umzugserive` to comunicate my new address. During the process I was asked wich new offer I would like to have, and I have selected DSL100. The entire process went thorugh, I got an email confirmation, however I have jsut noticed that in the email and in the attachment (Mein Vodafone-Auftrag) it is not mention anywere that the new contract (DSL100) is in replacement of my previus one (Kable100). I have also noticed that the Kundennummer has changed, so I am wondering if I did something wrong and I am subscribing for a second contract...
I tried to call the customer support, but till now I could not find anyone who can speak English, and due to the lockdown I cannot ask any colleagues of mine for helping me out.

Hi pisistrato,
it sounds like everything went correctly. It is normal that you got a new customer number for DSL. These are 2 different systems.
You should receive a termination confirmation for the cable contract in the next few days. When exactly is the move planned?
