Hello,
I have a contract with Vodafone (Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable),
Unfortunately i left Germany, and i have to cancel my contract with Vodafone.
I did The Deregistaration (Abmeldung) from Germany, and a friend of me sent the router and the Deregistaration letter to Vodafone, but unfortunately we did not get any answer from Vodafone and i still transfer money (monthly bills) for a service that i do not use any more.
Is someone here able to help me and cancel my contract?
i can send you My Full name, Kunden Nummer, and my deregistaration letter (Abmeldung) from Germany, and i am ready to transfer any cancellation fee.
Please help me in this issue.

Do you have a proof that the cancellation letter together with the deregistration has been delivered to Vodafone yet?
And do you have a proof that the Router has been received by Vodafone yet?
Please be also aware that you have to pay for additional 3 months after you left Germany (or your letter of cancellation is received by Vodafone - the later one counts). This is a regulation by law...

Thanks for your reply,
I will ask my friend (who sent the router and the deregistaration instead of me) if he has any proof for this.
But if i send you my customer number and my full name, could you please check the status of my request? and insure if Vodafone recieved my router and cancellation letter??

Hello Saleh84,
that raises some questions: When did your friend send your resignation? When did you leave Germany? Where was the termination sent to? Where was the router sent to?
