Hello,
I left germany at the end of october 2018. My flatmate returned the device and also the proof of me leaving germany was submitted at the vodafone outlet in saarbrucken. My friend was told that if the deivce is returned then the contract has already been cancelled but i am still getting the emails for the bills with penalty for delays. My friend went again to the vodafone outlet with my contract details as i no longer live in germany and he was assured that the contract has been cancelled. So i want to know if there has been some mistake and why am i still getting the bills. i dont have a bank account there anymore and would be unable to pay the additional mistaken charges.

Hello Mehwish,
your contract is cancelled on 28.01.2019 and only until this date you have to pay for your connection. Lars has sent you the cancellation confirmation by e-mail. So everything is entered correctly.

Hello,
Oh in that case how can i be sure when my contract was cancelled as i got no confirmation email from vodafone that my account has been cancelled. I would like to know the date my contract was cancelled so i can pay the outsanding ammount appropriately.

I have now terminated the contract with effect from 28.01.2019. A confirmation should be sent to you by e-mail. If not, you will also find all documents for the next days in your customer portal. Do you have any further questions?

Thank you for that. It is nice to have confimation after so long. I just wanted to know that since i left in october I will only have to pay for november december and january right? because i am confused that i just got an email of termination which i should have gotten sooner.
