Dear Vodafone team,
I want to cancel the contract of my internet at the end of the stipulated period.
I had already asked in a previous forum question here, where Mr. Lars on 14th of January, 2020 informed me to cancel it via the form. I tried canceling twice by filing the form, however, I received the reply that "please contact our english speaking colleagues at forum vodafone . They will take care of your request. Simply create a new thread for your topic and have a little patience. "
