Hello
I have Internet contract in my appartment (Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable) and in 22nd of March I ordered GigaTV Kabel. But I ordered it by mistake. I received Auftragsbestätigung but I didnt pay yet. How can I cancel this order? I don't need Giga TV Kabel.

Hi OlegOleg,
the contract can be revoked within 14 days after conclusion. This is only possible if the contract was concluded online or at the front door. If you have ordered it in the shop, this will unfortunately not work.

I made Giga TV order online and you send me "Auftragsbestätigung" . Does it mean that I already have TV contract? What should I do to cancel it?
BTW I am having contract for internet which I do not want to cancel.

Hi OlegOleg,
you can revoke the contract within 14 days. After that you can't do that anymore. Is it possible for you to send the revocation via the contact form?

I checked contact form and seems like I have to call to Vodafone office for canceling. Is it possible to cancel order without calling? Because I don't speak German and almost no one in Vodafone don't speak English.

Again: when I am searching how to cancel my order in Contact page, I see that it's possible only by call. But I found thread here in forum where, as far as I understand, you can cancel order by email or private message. Am I right? Can you cancel my order without phone call?
