Cancel my Kabel contract

I recently relocated from Hamburg to Berlin, I sent all the documents requesting to cancel my contract since I’m currently subletting and the main tenant already has a connection. Nevertheless I’ve received via e ail a new contract activated at the new address and a communication that a technician will call me.

there is also no contract under the other customer number. It was revoked and thereby canceled.

Thanks for the answer. I have one last question, I received a request to return the router and use the return label inside. But there is not such a thing. What should I do?

Hi Sjdhdjiekfj,

you should have received a return receipt at the beginning of the contract.  If it is no more there, please return the equipment at your own expense.
