Cancel free 2 month HD Premium trial

Hi Community,

Since a few weeks have I become a TV subscription customer of Vodafone. I already had an internet connection through Vodafone for over a year. As part of the subscription offer I received a trial offer called "Vodafone HD Premium Cable 2 Gratismonate".. I would now like to cancel that extra HD premium package. What do I need to do to cancel that package?
