Can a vodafone employee please cancel my Hotspot Flat contract?

Hello,

I am trying to terminate my Vodafone Hotspot Flat contract so that it finishes on the 30th September. 
I was instructed to E-mail and have done so, but for some reason they then requested I make a thread on this community board (why is it so complicated?)

I request that someone please help me to terminate the Hotspot Flat contract, as I leave the country at the beginning of October.
