Cable contract switch to lower speeds

Dear moderators,

i have a question regarding contract change to lower speeds and was hoping you could help me.

I have had kabel 200 since April 2018 and want to switch to a lower speed from the second year onwards.

- when should i send the connection speed reduction request? should it be 3 months before the first year ends or can this also be at the last month of the first year, so March 2019? Can i send the change request now and state the start date to be from 1st April 2019?

- what are myavailable speed options? i noticed on the website that kabel 32 has been discontinued and kabel 50 is in its stead? so available options for speed reductions are 50 mb (for 29,99 euro/month) and 100 mb (for 34,99 euro/month)? is this correct?
